1. Trial purchase
HALALI & CO. sells all products on probation, which means that you can return your goods without reason within 100 days of purchase. The purchase agreement is binding upon receipt of the goods by your endorsement, event, after this 100-day return period.

You can cancel your contract within 100 days without giving reasons in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient and not before the fulfilment of our obligations according to § 312c section 2 BGB in association with § 1 sections 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and § 312 e secton 1 sentence 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV and also not before the sales contract with your acceptance of the purchased item that has become binding. Consequences
In the event of a cancellation, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and possibly towed uses (eg customs advantages). If you return the goods, wholly or partly, in deteriorated condition, you are liable for compensation for the full value of the product. With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods to their examination - as it would have been possible in a store - is due. Otherwise, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a purpose by putting the product deterioration caused by the goods do not like your property and everything that could reduce its value.

3. Cost of the return upon withdrawal
In case of cancellation, you are liable for the cost of the return, unless the ordered goods have not been dispatched.
4. Delivery
Within the Germany, the product is usually delivered within 4 working days. Within the EU, the product is usually delivered within 6 working days.
If the goods ordered are not in stock,HALALI & CO. GmbH will inform you about the expected delivery date. In this case, the customer can change or revoke his order.
5. Warranty
If delivered items show obvious material or manufacturing defects, which includes shipping damage, so please complain immediately such errors. Missing this complaint, however, has no consequences for your legal rights. For all during the statutory warranty period occurring defects of the goods subject of your choice the legal claims for remedy, rather than repair / replacement, and - if the legal prerequisites - the broader claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as damages, including compensation of the damage the performance as well as compensation of your futile expenses. Unless we grant you a vendor warranty, the details are out of warranty terms, the delivered items are attached. Warranty claims are without prejudice to legal claims / rights.

If a particular item is no longer available, we undertake to inform you about this unavailability before accepting the your order.
7. Prices
The listed prices on www.halalico.bigcartel.com are $ (USD) prices net.

(including sales tax, currently 19%).
8. Dispatch order
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and DHL price list.
When ordering within the EU zone, there are no shipping costs for the customers and orders above 150 EUR.
US Orders will be charged 35 USD on average.
9. Payment Options
As payment options, we accept advance payment by bank wire transfer and payment by credit card via PayPal.
10. Retention of title
Until full payment is received, the goods remain the property of HALALI & CO. GmbH.

For credit check and credit monitoring during the duration of the customer disclosure of the address and credit information of the customer happens to other mail order companies and service providers as well as possibly to the Schufa, 65203 Wiesbaden, and other wire services.
Further, address and ordering information for our own marketing purposes are collected and processed. To other marketing purposes, the only publicly available data according to § 28 para 3 No 3 BDSG to third parties.
